Sony Xperia 1 ii || Full Specs and Details

Sony is Back in Business?

Sony recently launched their new smartphone the xperia 1 ii. Maybe calling it a camera suits it more....

Let's look at the phone in detail.

Talking about the structure of the phone

This phone looks no different than the other Sony mobiles in the past, the no notch or dot punch display makes it different than other phones in the market, The phone comes with a top and bottom bezel display design.
It doesn't support a in-display fingerprint scanner, but a side mounted fingerprint sensor combined to the power button.

With a corning gorilla glass 6 protection and metal frame holding it all together, the phone itself is pretty rigid.

World's first 4K OLED Display?

The xperia comes with a huge 6.5 inch 4K HDR OLED Display with a 21:9 aspect ratio and 3840x1644 resolution.

Sony called it the CinemaWide because of its aspect ratio, which uses X1 image processing which we've seen in the Sony Bravia TV's

The display of this thing is an absolute beauty.

Moving on to the Techy's corner

Since the Xperia 1 ii is in the flagship territory the phone is powered by Qualcomm's Snap Dragon 855 processor paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage on its base version.

You can also increase the internal storage up to 512GB using a microSD card.

Now the cameras.

The camera department consists of a triple camera setup. We've seen some beast cameras on smartphones in 2020 but trust me this one is the one that you've been looking for.
The camera module packs a three 12mp sensors
  • 12MP Exmor RS lens with 1/2.6” sensor size, f/1.6 aperture, and hybrid EIS-OIS stabilization

  • 12MP ultra-wide-angle lens (16mm) with 1/3.4” sensor size, f/2.4 aperture, and 135-degrees FOV

  • 12MP telephoto lens (52mm) with 1/ 3.4” sensor size, f/2.4 aperture, and hybrid EIS-OIS

The Xperia 1 also features a 8MP selfie camera. The rear camera also features the Eye AutoFocus feature seen in Sony Sony Alpha professional cameras, allowing the device to track a subject’s to keep the focus on them – even if they leave and re-enter the frame.
