yes itz true that the OnePlus 7 Pro is actually capable of utilizing these features, 

but it is disabled behind some hidden parameters. Based on what XDA Senior Member docnok63 , elmarian756 then enabled the 960fps slow-motion recording on the OnePlus 7 Pro by modifying the CameraInfo_0.xml and the CameraInfo_5.xml preferences files of the stock camera app and adding a new string called Video960FpsSizes with the value 1280x720. As soon as you save them and re-launch the camera, you can find a third 960fps option on slow-motion mode

for that you need  the oneplus camera version 3.10.17

**your phone must be rooted**

steps to do :

Open preferences manager app and search for camera 0 and 5 xmls.

On each xml you hit the plus button and add a new string set called Video960FpsSizes.

On the value you write 1280x720

Save both xmls and you are done! Now a third 960 fps option will appear on slow motion mode
